Phrynobatrachus perpalmatus is a species of frog belonging to the Petropeditidae family.
It is located in Democratic Republic of the Congo, Malawi, Mozambique, Sudan, Tanzania, Zambia, possibly Burundi, and possibly Zimbabwe.
Its natural habitats include tropical or subtropical moist lowland forests, dry and moist savanna, tropical or subtropical moist shrubland, tropical or subtropical seasonally wet or flooded lowland grassland, freshwater marshes, swamps, intermittent freshwater marshes, arable land, pastureland, plantations, rural gardens, heavily degraded former forest, ponds, seasonally flooded agriculture land, canals, and ditches.
