Tandy’s Sand Frog, Tomopterna tandyi

Tandy’s Sand Frog (Tomopterna tandyi) is a species of frog belonging to the Ranidae family. It is located in Angola, Botswana, Kenya, Namibia, Tanzania, and South Africa, and possibly Lesotho, Malawi, Mozambique, Zambia, and Zimbabwe.

Its natural habitats include dry savanna, tropical or subtropical dry shrubland, temperate grassland, tropical or subtropical dry lowland grassland, intermittent rivers, intermittent freshwater lakes, intermittent freshwater marshes, arable land, pastureland, ponds, canals, ditches, and water storage areas.
