Limaysaurus is a genus of sauropod dinosaur from the Early Cretaceous Period of northwestern Patagonia. It is known from only a single species, L. tessonei, which was originally referred to the genus Rebbachisaurus. The holotype was discovered in 1988 by Lieto F. Tessone and named for him. Other fossils were collected between 1995 and 2002 in bone beds that date back to the Aptian-Albian stages.
Limaysaurus is related to Rebbachisaurus and Nigersaurus. These specimens have also been found in bone beds in Europe, South America, and Africa.
