Winter Weather Outlook For November-January For Memphis Tennessee
November 2012: The early part of the month will be mild, followed by a drastic change with average temps ranging from the 50-60’s. While there will be 7-9 days that will be warmer and 3-5 days that will be colder. Precipitation for the month will be around 2-3in of rainfall. Wintery Impacts will include frost and freezing conditions along with the potential to see a trace to 1in of snowfall.
December 2012. A cool month as average temps will be in the 40-50 range with the potential of seeing 5-7 days above that and 3-5 days colder. The month will also have 1-2inches of rainfall. Wintery impacts will include frost and freezing conditions along with 2-3inches of snowfall possible.
January 2013: Temps will be averaging in the 30-40 range with 9-11 days possibly warmer and 5-7days colder than the forecasted average. It will be a tad drier during the month as precipitation amounts will be around 1-2in of rainfall. Winter impacts will include frost and freezing conditions again along with the potential of seeing 1-2in of snowfall.
