Winter Weather Outlook For November-February For Las Vegas Nevada
November 2012: The month will remain mild through the first part with not much fluctuation from the start to finish. The average temps will be around 50-60F with the chance of seeing 2-4 days even warmer and 2-4 days being slightly cooler. The month will include the chance of seeing frost along with a trace amount of precipitation.
December 2012. Temps will slide slightly for the month to around an average of 50-60F with the chance of seeing 4-6 days slightly warmer and 2-4 days being colder. The month will be another very dry month with total rainfall not over 1inch. The winter aspect will provide a high likely hood of frost and a small impact from a freeze possible during the month.
January 2013: Temps will fall slightly for the month with a few colder spells, however the overall month looks to see temps average around the 40-50F range, along with the chance of seeing colder days around 1-2 and a higher chance of seeing warmer days around 8-10. There will be a little bit more in the way of precipitation for the month as well, with total amounts around .25in to upwards of 1.0in. The winter aspect will include the chance of seeing frost and freezing conditions.
February 2013: A short cold spell will be followed by the rest of the month rapidly warming back up to an average of around 50-60F with the chance of seeing 8-10 days being warmer and 1-2 days, during the first part of the month, being colder. The month will include a trace upwards to .50in of rainfall along with a chance for a light frost or freeze in the first part of the month before things start to warmup nicely for the remainder of the month.
The outlook for the region is to see a fairly mild and dry winter ahead with not much in the way of precipitation and cold weather. Should make for a nice winter in the region.
