Insignia of the Gemini 11 space flight. Astronauts Charles Conrad and Richard Gordon piloted the spacecraft into Earth orbit on September 12, 1966 9:42:26.546 am EST. Their primary objective was to rendezvous and dock with Gemini Agena target vehicle, and conduct 11 experiments.
