Flags are flying on Launch Pad 39B at NASA Kennedy Space Center as Space Shuttle Discovery is ready on the pad for launch after rollback of the Rotating Service Structure on Monday. Visible above the External Tank is the gaseous oxygen vent arm (beanie cap).
