Noreaster in Eastern United States

The MODIS on the Aqua satellite captured this April 16th image of the nor'easter that hit the eastern coast of the United States. High winds and heavy rainfall from the storm has caused problems up and down the coast, including a significant amount of flooding.
This image, which is false color, shows the storm over the Mid-Atlantic and New England states where areas of New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut had record amounts of rainfall.
