Lunar Bulldozer

The LANCE is a lightweight bulldozer blade that NASA's Kennedy Space Center developed collaboratively for use on the lunar truck. The blade-truck combination could be used to prepare a site for a lunar outpost, for example. At Moses Lake, the mix of sand and volcanic ash in an undulating terrain made for a realistic field test.
