This image shows an infrared near field microscopic image of a nanostructure polystyrene poly (dimethylsiloxane) block copolymer surface. The upper image shows the surface imaged at constant tip, surface separation. The bottom image shows the surface imaged at constant height above the substrate. PDMS appears as the small bumps in the lower image.
