Nanomushroom (Image 4) A field of nanowires grown by the Electron Transfer Group at New Mexico State University. Researchers grow many types of nanostructures, some for their intrinsic properties, and others as tools. Researchers in the transfer group grow their nanowires to help probe the electron transfer properties of organic molecules.
