LSU EPSCoR Center (Image 1) Dr. Ed. Seidel, Director of Louisiana State University's (LSU) Center for Computation and Technology, working on black hole collision visualizations, which is part of his world-renowned work in numerical relativity research. Dr. Seidel, who is also lead scientist on the Louisiana EPSCoR (Experimental Program to Stimulate Competitive Research) program Research Infrastructure Improvement award, is utilizing LSU's former supercomputer, SuperMike (pictured).
