Astronaut Richard M. Linnehan is a test subject in a Sleep Studies experiment in the Neurolab of the Earth-orbiting Space Shuttle Columbia. Linnehan wears a sleep cap that monitors and measures electrical impulses from the brain, muscles, eyes, and heart.
