Astronaut Scott J. Horowitz, attired in a training version of the shuttle pressure, launch and entry garment, awaits a training exercise in Suit Room B in the Systems Integration Facility at the Johnson Space Center (JSC). Minutes later Horowitz, pilot, and his six STS-101 crewmates were in the Crew Compartment Trainer (CCT-2) to rehearse shuttle vertical-mode emergency egress procedures.
