Astronaut John L. Phillips, STS-100 mission specialist, gets assistance from an unidentified helper prior to emergency bailout training at the Johnson Space Center (JSC). The scheduled April 2001 visit to the International Space Station (ISS) will mark Phillips' first space flight.
