Astronauts Stephanie D. Wilson (foreground) and Lisa M. Nowak, STS-121 mission specialists, work with the Mobile Service System (MSS) and Canadarm2 controls in the Destiny laboratory of the International Space Station while Space Shuttle Discovery was docked to the station. Using the station's arm, Wilson and Nowak joined forces to re-stow the Italian-built Leonardo Multi-Purpose Logistics Module (MPLM) in the payload bay of the shuttle.
