Rabe Landforms

This Mars Global Surveyor (MGS) Mars Orbiter Camera (MOC) image shows buttes and mesas surrounded by sand dunes on the floor of Rabe Crater, Mars. Gullies of uncertain origin cut sand dune surfaces in the top (north) quarter of the scene. MGS MOC Release No. MOC2-1508, 29 June 2006
