Pete Theisinger, MSL project manager, talks about Curiosity, NASA's most advanced mobile robotic laboratory, which will examine one of the most intriguing areas on Mars, during a news briefing, Thursday, Nov. 10, 2011, at NASA Headquarters in Washington. The Mars Science Laboratory (MSL) mission is set for launch from Florida's Space Coast on Nov. 25 and is scheduled to land on the Red Planet in August 2012 where it will examine the Gale Crater during a nearly two-year prime mission.
