JSC2004-E-41605 (18-21 July 2004) --- Astronaut Dafydd (Dave) R. Williams (left), NEEMO-7 commander representing the Canadian Space Agency, and Dr. Craig McKinley of the Centre for Minimal Access Surgery at St. Joseph’s Healthcare Hamilton, Ontario, prepare their SCUBA gear for a training dive for the NASA Extreme Environment Mission Operations (NEEMO) project off the Florida Keys. Williams will lead a crew on a 10-day undersea mission October 11-20 aboard the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration’s (NOAA) Aquarius Underwater Laboratory, located off the coast of Key Largo, Florida.
