JSC2006-E-13560 (5 April 2006) --- From inside the habitat, Canadian astronaut/aquanaut Dafydd R. (Dave) Williams monitors exterior Remotely Operated Vehicle (ROV) operations during his April 3-20 stay inside the Aquarius Underwater Laboratory off the coast of Key Largo, Florida. Williams leads a crew of four for the ninth NASA Extreme Environment Mission Operations (NEEMO). He is wearing an ambulatory monitoring system NEEMO 9 is part of a cooperative project of NASA, the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), the University of North Carolina at Wilmington (UNCW) and the Centre for Minimal Access Surgery in Canada.
