JSC2006-E-12369 (27 March 2006) --- Astronaut Ronald J. Garan Jr. takes a moment to pose for a picture during training for his April 3-20 stay inside the Aquarius Underwater Laboratory off the coast of Key Largo, Florida. Garan is a member of the ninth NASA Extreme Environment Mission Operations (NEEMO). NEEMO 9 is part of a cooperative project of NASA, the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), the University of North Carolina at Wilmington (UNCW) and the Centre for Minimal Access Surgery in Canada.
