JSC2006-E-31398 (27 July 2006) --- NEEMO 10 crewmember participates in a session of extravehicular activity (EVA) for the NASA Extreme Environment Mission Operations (NEEMO) project. A remotely-operated vehicle (ROV), called Scuttle, is in the foreground. The crew is spending seven days, July 22-28, on an undersea mission aboard the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration's (NOAA) Aquarius Underwater Laboratory, which is operated by the University of North Carolina at Wilmington and located off the coast of Key Largo, Florida.
