JSC2010-E-080578 (13 May 2010) --- NEEMO 14 crew members participate in an undersea session of extravehicular activity (EVA) for the 14th NASA Extreme Environment Mission Operations (NEEMO) mission. The simulation included transferring the injured crew member mock-up from the top of the lander into the ascent module. The crew is spending 14 days on an undersea mission aboard the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration's (NOAA) Aquarius Underwater Laboratory, which is operated by the University of North Carolina at Wilmington and located off the coast of Key Largo, Florida.
