February 7, 2013
On November 24, 2002, a snow storm brought a blanket of white to large portions of the Rocky Mountain West. Clockwise from upper left (complete states) are Idaho, Montana, Wyoming, and Colorado. West of Colorado are Utah and Nevada. In the false-color image, white is snow and blue is clouds.
