Dust Storm in Sudan

A large dust storm (tan pixels) was blowing southward over the country of Sudan, in northeast Africa, on March 26, 2003. Also visible in this scene, a number of fires (indicated by red pixels) are burning in the southeastern (lower right) region of the country.
