Discovery at the Pad

Space Shuttle Discovery makes its way along the crawlerway to Pad 39B. First motion for the 4-mile journey was at 1:58 a.m. EDT. Discovery's seven-person crew will test new hardware and techniques to improve Shuttle safety, as well as deliver supplies to the International Space Station.
