Interactive Games Announces Nuvo Solar Energy Stockholders Approve Share Exchange Transaction

Interactive Games, Inc. (the "Company" or "Interactive") (OTCBB: IGAM) announced today that the stockholders of Nuvo Solar Energy, Inc. ("Nuvo") have approved the Agreement and Plan of Reorganization for the share exchange between the Company and Nuvo originally announced on April 26, 2007.

"This was a necessary step in the process of completing the transaction and we now expect to close ahead of our previously announced date at the end of July," commented Interactive Chief Financial Officer, Barry Hollander. "Meantime, we continue to work on the steps necessary to complete the spin-off of our current business to shareholders of record on July 11, 2007, as announced on June 29, 2007." The consummation of the share exchange remains subject to the completion of customary closing conditions by the respective parties.
