WorldGate and Aianna Corp. Reach Distribution Agreement

WorldGate Communications, Inc. (Nasdaq: WGAT), one of the world’s leading providers of video phone products and associated technology, and Aianna Corporation, a full-service global telecommunications company, today announced they have reached an agreement for Aianna to distribute the Ojo personal video phone as part of Aianna’s wide array of telecommunications offerings in Africa, Latin America, Asia and Europe. The companies are in the beginning stages of marketing the new product and services.

Aianna Corporation was established in 2000 as the vision of one man who was frustrated with the lack of service and quality that carriers were giving to their clients in the telecommunications industry. Aianna’s goal is to offer the best quality services worldwide at the most affordable prices. The company is a full service, global telecommunications provider for private label resellers, reseller agents and residential customers.
