Reed's Inc Announces Hiring of Chief Operating Officer

Reed's, Inc. (OTCBB:REED) announced today the hiring of Thierry Foucaut, as Chief Operating Officer for the Company. Bringing over 18 years of international experience in sales, marketing and operations for high quality, branded consumer goods, Mr. Foucaut will be responsible for managing and overseeing all of the Company's operations which include merchandise operations, inventory planning, fulfillment, sourcing, transportation and IT.

Prior to Reeds, Inc. Mr. Foucaut served in a variety of roles for Village Imports, a wholesale distributor of specialty foods, wines and beverages, including Chief Operating Officer and General Manager of both the Los Angeles and San Francisco branches and warehouses as well as Director of New Business Development. Prior to this, Mr. Foucaut served as Senior Director of Product Management for EVE.COM, a leading U.S. e-commerce site in high-end beauty, designer jewelry and fashion accessories, where he was responsible for new business development and internet marketing initiatives. Before EVE.COM, Mr. Foucaut spent over 6 years at L'Oreal, most recently as Area Manager where he was responsible for L'Oreal's Duty Free Business segments in France, Spain and Portugal. Mr. Foucaut received a Master of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from Ecole Centrale Paris and a Masters of Business Administration from Harvard Business School.
