American Security Resources Corp. (OTCBB:ARSC) announces that it has been notified that the Ludlow Energy SmallCap Index has initiated research coverage on the company with a 'speculative' B- rating.
COVERAGE SUMMARY
On Aug. 06, 2007, ARSC announced that American Hydrogen Corp., a wholly owned subsidiary of ARSC, was granted worldwide exclusive license to commercialize the patent-pending catalytic electrolyzer technology developed by Ohio University's Dr. Gerardine Botte. Dr. Botte has developed a method for producing hydrogen from ammonia for a fraction of the current commercial cost, which could have a dramatic effect on ARSC as a player within the Hydrogen fuel market. Many issues still remain outstanding such as final patent, commercial feasibility, and potential capital requirements. Ludlow Energy is issuing ARSC with a 'speculative' B- rating until further information can be provided.
