LAN Concludes ADS Ratio Change

LAN Airlines S.A. (“LAN” or “the Company”) (NYSE: LFL / IPSA: LAN), announced today that it had successfully completed the ratio change of its American Depositary Receipt (ADR) program.

Effective today, August 16, 2007, the ratio was changed from a ratio of (1) American Depositary Share (“ADS”) representing five (5) common shares, to the current ratio of one (1) ADS representing one (1) common share.
