O’Charley’s Introduces Eight New ‘Flavor Road’ Dishes for Limited Time Only
NASHVILLE, Tenn., Aug. 22 /PRNewswire/ — Officials at O’Charley’s Restaurants, a leading casual-dining restaurant concept with 240 locations in 19 Southeast and Midwest states, have unveiled its new Limited Time Only (LTO) menu, featuring eight Flavor Road items. The new LTO menu will be available through October 29.
Six of the new items are entrees that represent adventuresome takes on traditional dishes, one is a variation on an onion ring appetizer, and the last item is a scrumptious dessert treat guests can order for the whole table: cinnamon sugar donuts, warm and suitable for dipping. It is the first LTO menu created by O’Charley’s new super-chef, Stephen Bulgarelli, who is known for introducing an element of surprise into his culinary creations.
“When Stephen first joined us, he told us to expect the unexpected, and this menu delivers on that promise,” said Jeff Warne, O’Charley’s concept president. “In a recent preview tasting for the LTO, guests raved about every item. The new dishes are: -- Beer-Battered Onion Rings -- A heaping portion of seasoned onion rings wrapped in sweet beer batter and fried to a golden brown. Served with a zesty Cajun Horseradish sauce. $5.99. -- O'Charley's Good Time Grillers -- Four 100% ground beef mini-burgers topped with cheddar cheese, pickles and O'Charley's special recipe sauce. O’Charley’s generally has six Limited Time Offer menus a year. Each LTO menu is available for between six and eight weeks.
