EBA to Enlarge Pardubice Airport

EBA (Pardubice, Czech Republic), operator of the airport in Pardubice, together with the city of Pardubice and the Pardubice Region plan to enlarge the local airport. They are looking for a strategic partner for the project. The city has had negotiations on an investment in the development of the civil part of the airport with the multi-national company AMP Capital Investments. Five firms are interested in the project. The city hall has held talks with Odien (USA) and John Laing (UK). An international airport with a capacity of 250,000 passengers/y should be set up in Pardubice.
