AirTran Airways Brightens the Fall Travel Season With Expanded Flight Service to Florida

ORLANDO, Fla., Aug. 29 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- AirTran Airways, a subsidiary of AirTran Holdings, Inc. , today announced that it will add new flights to Florida from a number of cities in the Midwest and Northeast. The low-cost airline will add seasonal service between Fort Myers, Fla., and the following airports: Akron/Canton, Ohio, Boston, Mass., Chicago (Midway), Ill., Flint, Mich., and White Plains, N.Y.

AirTran Airways will also add seasonal service between Baltimore/Washington International Airport and the following airports: Miami, Fla., and West Palm Beach, Fla. In addition, the airline will add seasonal service between Rochester, N.Y., and Fort Lauderdale, Fla.
