AirTran Airways Refreshes Partnership With The Coca-Cola Company
ORLANDO, Fla., Aug. 30 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ — AirTran Airways, a subsidiary of AirTran Holdings, Inc. today announced that it has signed a new three year contract with The Coca-Cola Company effective September 1, 2007. The airline will continue to provide the most variety of Coca-Cola branded products exclusively onboard all flights.
AirTran Airways has a long history with both The Coca-Cola Company and its bottler Coca-Cola Enterprises, Inc., . The airline was the first airline in the world to board Coca-Cola Zero(TM), Coca- Cola(R) with Lime, Minute Maid(R) Lemonade, Dasani(R) Water, Vanilla Coke(R), Black Cherry Vanilla Coke(R), Cherry Coke Zero(TM) and Cherry Coke(TM).
Today, AirTran Airways boards 16 different Coca-Cola products, including Coca-Cola Classic(R), Diet Coke(R), Sprite(R), Sprite Zero(TM), Coca-Cola Zero(TM), Minute Maid(R) Lemonade, Dasani(R) Water, Cherry Coke(TM), Cherry Coke Zero(TM) and three types of Minute Maid(R) juices.
