Verizon Wireless Celebrates Opening of New Haverhill Store With Appearances By New England Soccer Stars

HAVERHILL, Mass., Sept. 10 /PRNewswire/ — New England Soccer Stars Taylor Twellman and Pat Noonan will sign autographs and share soccer tips Thursday, September 13th, during the grand opening celebration of Verizon Wireless’ Haverhill location. Noonan will be at the store from 3-5 p.m., while Twellman will be on-site from 5:30-7:30 p.m.

Twellman and Noonan are lifelong friends who learned to play soccer together in St. Louis, Missouri, later reuniting in 2003 to play professionally for New England. Shortly after arriving in Foxborough, Twellman earned the title “Mr. New England Soccer,” becoming the youngest player in league history to score 75 goals. Pat Noonan, a three-time NCSAA All-American, was runner-up for Rookie of the Year with the team.

The new Verizon Wireless store is located at 25 Shelly Road in Haverhill, Massachusetts, inside BJ’s Wholesale Club.
