Thai Airways International expects revenues for its fiscal year ending September 2008 to increase 5% to THB210 billion, which is less than market expectations.
President Apinan Sumanaseni has said that the airline was on track to achieve its THB200 billion revenue target for its current financial year ending September 2007.
Stating that the airline may consider buying aircraft in late September or early October, Mr Sumanaseni said that the company expects a rise in net profit for the July-September quarter, more than the THB68 million profit earned in the previous quarter.
