Lexington Energy Subsidiary Secures Shallow Gas Drilling Contract

BROOKS, AB, Oct. 2 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Lexington Energy subsidiary Lexcore Services is pleased to announce it has signed a shallow gas drilling contract with Neo Exploration Inc. Lexcore's rigs are already mobilized for the project which includes drilling a minimum of 25 wells and is scheduled to begin this week.
"Having these rigs and their crews operational before the peak oil sands season will only add to Lexcore's ability to drill safer and outperform our competitors, who typically arrive in the oil sands each winter with green crews," said Lexcore's VP Operations Dan Nanninga.
Designed in close consultation with industry leaders, Lexcore's drilling/coring rigs are ideally suited for shallow oil and gas drilling and oil sands coring.
