Oil Leads Energy Price Decline

Energy prices were down across the board in early trading Thursday on the New York Mercantile Exchange with oil at less than $80 a barrel.
Light, sweet crude for November delivery fell 33 cents, or 0.41 percent, at $79.61 on the New York Mercantile Exchange.
Natural gas was down 0.08 cents at $7.20 per million British thermal units.
Heating oil was 1.62 cents lower at $2.1625 a gallon and reformulated gas lost 0.53 cents at $1.906 a gallon.
The average price of a gallon of regular unleaded gasoline at the pump was $2.779, down from Wednesday’s $2.786, the AAA said.
