SCOTT Wilson, the transport consultant which has been involved in the trams project, has been appointed engineering adviser to the Scottish Borders Council for the Waverley Railway Project.
The 47km link – from Newcraighall to Tweedbank in the Borders was worth around GBP 9 million to the firm, it said.
