Project participants include Sandy River & Rangeley Lakes Railroad in Phillips, Boothbay Railway Village, The Penobscot Co. in Camden, CPM Constructors in Freeport, Bickford Transportation in Yarmouth and Chadwick-BaRoss Inc. in Westbrook.
