Majestic Oil & Gas, Inc. To Drill a Natural Gas Well in Northern Montana

CUT BANK, Mont., Oct. 9 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ — MAJESTIC OIL & GAS, INC. (the “Company”), a United States Public Company whose securities are qualified for quotation on the Over the Counter Bulletin Board today announced that the Company will be drilling the B Ag #25-1 well located in the Lake Frances Gas Field.

This development gas well is being drilled in Section 25-T29N-R5W, Pondera County, Montana. The projected depth of this natural gas well is 2,000 feet with the primary objective being the 4th Bow Island “C” Sandstone. Other potential zones of interest are the Colorado Shale, Blackleaf Sandstone and the 1st, 2nd and 3rd Bow Island Sandstones.

The Company owns a 25% interest in this development gas well. The well has been permitted and surveyed and we expect to commence drilling operations in the next two weeks when the drilling rig becomes available.
