Evergreen Solar to Host Third-Quarter Conference Call on October 25, 2007

Evergreen Solar, Inc. (Nasdaq: ESLR), a manufacturer of solar power products with its proprietary, low-cost String RibbonTM wafer technology, today announced that it will release its third-quarter 2007 financial results after the market closes on Thursday, October 25, 2007.

Management will conduct a conference call at 5:00 p.m. (ET) that evening to review the Company’s third-quarter financial results. The conference call will be webcast live over the Internet.
