Russia: Putin Asks Bryansk Region Duma to Re-Appoint Incumbent Governor

Moscow, 13 October: Russian President Vladimir Putin has submitted to the Bryansk Region duma the candidacy of Nikolay Denin for the post of the region’s governor, the Kremlin press service has reported.
[Denin was elected Bryansk Region governor in 2004]
