Martinez, Former CEO of World Air Holdings, Moves to Board of Directors at Global Aero Logistics

INDIANAPOLIS, Oct. 15 /PRNewswire/ — Global Aero Logistics Inc. today announced that Randy Martinez, most recently the CEO of World Air Holdings, Inc., has moved to a non-executive position as a member of the Global board of directors. Global, which acquired World Air Holdings, Inc. on Aug.14, 2007, is the parent company of ATA Airlines, Inc., World Airways, Inc. and North American Airlines, Inc.

Martinez became Chief Executive Officer of World Air Holdings when it was created in January 2005. He previously served as Chief Executive Officer of World Airways from April 2004. He joined World Airways in October 1998 after a distinguished 21-year career with the U.S. Air Force (retired colonel and command pilot).
