Shefman Joins Corporate and Energy Practices at Hogan & Hartson Denver Office

Hogan & Hartson LLP announced today that attorney Randy Shefman has joined the firm as a senior associate. Shefman's practice focuses on domestic and international infrastructure development and finance in the alternative fuels, renewable energy and clean technology sectors. He will help expand the firm's growing corporate and energy practices.
Shefman was recently recognized for his leading work in alternative fuels and clean technology when he was named one of Colorado's "Top Up and Coming Attorneys" by Law Week Colorado. He authors articles in national publications and is a regular speaker at industry conferences.
Shefman acts for clients in all aspects of project development and finance, from concept to construction, to operations and beyond. He has advised developers, sponsors, governments, lenders, strategic investors, technology providers, construction, and engineering firms in connection with ethanol, butanol, methanol, biodiesel, biomass, wind, solar, geothermal, hydroelectric, oil, gas, mining and petrochemical, and green-chemical facilities worldwide.
