Detrex Corporation Announces Passing of Director Arbie Thalacker
SOUTHFIELD, Mich., Jan. 13, 2012 /PRNewswire/ — Detrex Corporation (DTRX.PK) today announced that Arbie R. Thalacker, a long-time member of the Detrex Board of Directors, has passed away. Thalacker served on the Company’s board for more than 30 years and served on both the Audit and Compensation Committees. He passed away on January 9, 2012 at the age of 76.
