MaxWest Environmental Systems Names Wastewater Industry Experts to Board of Directors
SANFORD, Fla., March 7, 2012 /PRNewswire/ — MaxWest Environmental Systems, Inc. (www.maxwestenergy.com), the leader in biogasification systems for wastewater treatment, has elected two seasoned wastewater industry veterans to its board of directors. Joining the leadership team are Steven Winchester, the chief executive officer of Winchester Consulting Group LLC, and David A. Perry, former president of Koch Membrane Systems, Norit Americas Inc. and PureLine Treatment Systems. MaxWest operates the first commercial biogasification facility that uses sewage sludge (biosolids) as a sustainable fuel to make green energy for the wastewater treatment industry.

As CEO of Winchester Consulting Group LLC, Steve Winchester provides strategic and management consulting services primarily to firms serving the water industry. He brings a strong background in mergers and acquisitions as well as marketing and business development support for aggressive growth strategies. Mr. Winchester was previously the head of the water and wastewater division at Psomas. Earlier in his career, he spent 17 years with global engineering firm Black & Veatch, where he was senior vice president and regional manager for the Pacific Northwest Region.

He has successfully launched multiple new products into the wastewater and water industries, including electrochemical chlorine dioxide generation technology, membrane ultra-filtration equipment, and membrane products.
