Atlas Pipeline Partners, L.P. Announces Quarterly Distribution Of $0.56 Per Common Unit
PHILADELPHIA, April 25, 2012 /PRNewswire/ — Atlas Pipeline Partners, L.P. (NYSE: APL) (“APL”, “Atlas Pipeline”, or the “Partnership”) announced today that the Partnership has declared a quarterly cash distribution for the first quarter of 2012 of $0.56 per common limited partner unit, payable Tuesday, May 15, 2012 to holders of record as of Tuesday, May 8, 2012. The first quarter distribution of $0.56 per common limited partner unit is an increase of 40% from the $0.40 per common limited partner unit distribution paid for the first quarter of 2011.
