CHICAGO, Aug. 6, 2012 /PRNewswire/ — FUCHS LUBRICANTS CO., and its parent, FUCHS PETROLUB, AG, in conjunction with SANDVIK COROMANT, are pleased to present technical seminars on machining titanium and high nickel alloys using the latest tooling, coolant and fluid delivery equipment technology. Open to all registered attendees, the seminars are offered 4 times daily in Booth #W-1646 during the International Manufacturing Technology Show (IMTS) from September 10 to 15, 2012.
The sessions are intended as a concise extension to the presentation “Titanium Machining: Capturing Productivity Gains & Cost Savings Offered by Modern Coolant Technologies” featured in the IMTS 2012 Conference Manufacturing Technology Tract. The speakers will highlight the benefits of ultra-high pressure coolant delivery on tool life and metal removal rates, specify which applications are most suited to the process and explain how to implement the technology on the shop floor.
